Portfolio-wide visibility
See brand, line, and SKU performance in one view, without stitching exports from multiple systems.
Merciv gives every enterprise team one governed intelligence layer — connecting social, syndicated research, and internal data so everyone who touches the consumer works from the same source of truth.

Merciv organizes your portfolio into a live product graph, then tracks sentiment, quality signals, and competitive movement across channels.

See brand, line, and SKU performance in one view, without stitching exports from multiple systems.

Combine retail reviews and social discussion to pinpoint what is changing, and where it is changing first.

Detect patterns by feature, flavor, size, or formulation before they show up in your topline metrics.
Merciv replaces the manual synthesis — weeks of pulling, cross-referencing, and formatting across platforms — with a continuous system that works across every team.
Insights, brand, innovation, and category — one governed layer instead of conflicting exports.
Syndicated reports, social signals, and internal research queried together, with citations on every finding.
Recurring questions become automations that arrive cited and ready to brief leadership.

Query social, reviews, syndicated research, internal reports, and the open web, with citations and confidence scoring built in.

Run sentiment analysis, trend detection, and competitive comparisons in plain language, without SQL or Python.

Always-on monitoring across your brands, competitors, and categories. Merciv surfaces sentiment shifts, competitive moves, and emerging trends.

Generate board-ready PowerPoint, Word, and Excel outputs with citations, visualizations, and recommendations intact.

Three ways, all running through the same understanding-and-correlation process as anything you upload: direct API connections to internal systems like Looker, Snowflake, Databricks, and SAP; a library of 1,300+ connectors that let agents query structured data without a custom API, from leading syndicated research providers down to a review store on a Shopify brand, usually two clicks to connect; and direct upload, where Merciv acts as its own repository. No waiting on IT to build and maintain a pipeline.
Your tenant is a fully isolated, walled-garden instance built on least-privilege access. Data never reaches other customers, or even teammates who haven’t been granted access. Merciv also runs a strict zero-training policy: nothing you upload trains our models or any third party’s. Because the data stays traceable and never leaves that boundary, you can work with licensed syndicated reports at scale, which you can’t do by uploading them to a general AI tool and staying within your terms.
Yes. Merciv is SOC 2 Type II certified, with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS for everything in transit. Full documentation, security controls, and a 31-question security questionnaire covering access control, vulnerability management, business continuity, and incident response are available at trust.merciv.io, and we’re happy to share them for your review process.
Yes. Single sign-on via SAML and OAuth, plus SCIM provisioning. MFA is required for privileged access regardless of SSO status, and is available for customer-facing access on request. SSO is optional at launch, so you can start with individual logins and add it when it’s worth the IT cycle.
Most teams are up and running within two weeks of signing, with no IT involvement needed for the initial rollout. Setup is two sessions: a roughly one-hour library setup to get your files loaded and searchable, and a 90-minute training walkthrough tailored to your team’s priorities. Seats and modules can be added at any point afterward, billed pro-rata for the rest of your contract term; IT only comes in later if you want SSO or automated syncs from internal systems.
